Cantilever racks are specialized storage equipment designed specifically for the storage of long materials and irregular-shaped parts. The columns are welded with H-shaped steel or double-spliced C-shaped steel, with prefabricated double-row adjustment holes. The cantilevers are fixed to the columns through plug-in or bolt connections, which is convenient and stable for assembly. 2. It supports single-sided or double-sided cantilever layout. The column sections are reinforced with rectangular tube connecting rods and flat iron back tension. The bottom is equipped with a box-shaped welded base and heavy-duty anchor bolts for fixation to ensure structural stability under full load. The cantilever ends are welded with anti-slip guard plates to prevent goods from slipping. Some models can be equipped with layer plates to adapt to the classified storage of loose and long materials. 3. According to the load-bearing capacity, it is classified into three categories: light type (single arm load-bearing capacity ≤100kg, total load-bearing capacity ≤800kg), medium type (single arm load-bearing capacity ≤500kg, total load-bearing capacity ≤3000kg), and heavy type (single arm load-bearing capacity ≤1200kg, total load-bearing capacity ≤12000kg). Standard dimensions: Column height 0.5-7m (up to 6m for forklift access), cantilever length 500-2000mm, floor height can be flexibly adjusted with 100mm as the pitch, column spacing approximately 1000mm, and customized dimensions are supported as needed. 5. The open design without the obstruction of the front column enables three-sided access to goods. When combined with forklifts and cranes, it can efficiently complete the loading and unloading of long materials, significantly enhancing operational efficiency. 6. The vertical space utilization rate is increased by more than 30%, making it suitable for warehouses with higher floor heights. Single-sided or double-sided layouts can flexibly meet different storage space requirements. The surface is treated with shot blasting for rust removal and electrostatic powder coating (or hot-dip galvanizing), which makes it resistant to rust and impact.
