Safety protection design: The crossbeam is connected to the column through a three-fork hanger and a buckle, and is equipped with L-shaped safety pins to prevent the crossbeam from falling off due to external force impact. The posts can be equipped with anti-collision guardrails, and the edges of the shelves can be treated for anti-slip purposes to withstand 1.5 to 2 times the dynamic impact force when forklifts access and store, leaving sufficient safety margin. 4. Multi-dimensional adjustment feature: The layer spacing can be freely adjusted with a standard pitch of 50-100mm. The unit span can reach 4 meters, and the depth is ≤1.5 meters. It supports customizing the width and height as needed (conventional ≤12 meters, and the ultra-high level can reach 30 meters to adapt to automated warehouses). It can be infinitely connected and expanded end to end to adapt to heavy-duty goods of different sizes. 5. Convenient assembly and operation and maintenance: The modular assembly structure, combined with bolt fastening and quick plug-in, enables precise adjustment of verticality by professional team installation. The surface is treated with acid washing, phosphating and electrostatic spraying to prevent rust and corrosion. In damp environments, a galvanizing process of ≥80μm can be selected. It is easy to clean and maintain, and the repair cost is low. 6. Efficient and adaptable storage and retrieval: The open structure, in conjunction with forklifts, cranes and other equipment, increases the efficiency of full pallet storage and retrieval by 50%. It is not only suitable for the full pallet storage of small varieties of large quantities of goods, but also can achieve classified management of multiple varieties of heavy goods through zoning. The space utilization rate is more than 1.5 times higher than that of ordinary shelves.
